Dalia Anime

Release 31. 8th February 2015
Through the vocalization of a real conversation between a man and woman, the work explores how the digital has altered the way in which we communicate, and the way in which we can now experience sexual interaction.

Dalia Anime is a young artist currently living in london, and completing her MA Fine Art at Chelsea College of Art.
She graduated from Central Saint Martins with a BA in Performance Design & Practice after doing her foundation at CSM.

Working through a range of medium from film to installation, and through self-documentation, she regurgitates the experience of an overload world of trashy sentimentality, digital whimsy and sexual playdoh.

Dalia is the creator of Spirit Stick Collective, a new collective for young artists working across a range of mediums with themes such as gender, sexuality, digitalisation.
